Unassigned · Emissions canister on side of motor had a vacuum cap with a hole in it causing a vacuum leak and poor performance After doing that fix and operating- discovered further issue.. hydro pump belt tensioner, need spring tool for idler arm replacement. · After replacing cap I operated the machine as intended without any symptoms returning at various throttle ranges. Howard has repeated the process, during additional testing, mower lost about half power while going uphill. Further traige required. After further digging, the belt tensioner for the hydraulic pumps is not holding pressure allowing the belt to slip causing power loss while attempting to supply proper power to go uphill

Unassigned · fluid from hydraulic line blowing has gotten inbto intake system. will need tear down, cleaning, then reassembly. At this time no parts are needed,

Shop · Brad · Wiring faulty and failed fuel safety switch. Primary harness has broken switch wiring, lower harness has broken ground for PTO system.

Shop · Brad · Wiring faulty and failed fuel safety switch · Replaced electrical harness, cleaned up burnt sections of wiring and replaced broken portion of harness, service inspection, replaced air filter. Unit is ready for field use.
